The Inner Island

Summary

This short film was part of the “Tropicaliszt” co-op project in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the University of Music Franz Liszt Weimar. The tiny colored world arose on the basis of a music piece “Souvenir de Porto Rico” by the composer Louis Moreau Gottschalk, written in 1857 during a tour in Puerto Rico. A combination of abstract environments, dynamic cameras and classical music increase our senses.
