Since 2016, Diversion has been working with Immersive Tech Week, a not-to-be-missed event for virtual reality and immersive technology enthusiasts. In 2024 Diversion orchestrated this event by contributing all its skills.
A quality immersive experience
The main objective of Immersive Tech Week was to bring together exceptional immersive works and design an interactive space adapted to the public.
Diversion took charge of the selection of works, the scenography, the inventory of technical equipment and the on-site accompaniment of the public.
Expertise in the choice of immersive works
We were involved in selecting the immersive works.
- Call for entries: Over 60 works were submitted, including several distributed by Diversion .
- Expert curators: A shortlist was drawn up after rigorous viewing by our team, in collaboration with the client.
- Final validation: The client visited our offices to adjust and validate the final selection.
The ‘Church of VR’ space has been designed with immersion in mind
Every aspect of the layout has been carefully thought out to offer visitors an exceptional experience.
- Plans and layout : In-depth analysis of the space plans to recommend the installation of partitions and technical equipment for a harmonious flow.
- Organisation: Careful positioning of the VR works to maximise their visual and narrative impact, captivating visitors from the moment they enter.
- Technical inventory: Assessment of the equipment required for each work, in collaboration with the client and technical service providers.
Mediation and technical support for successful VR experiences
During the three days of the festival, we provided :
- Welcoming spectators: guidance and accompaniment.
- Constant technical support: Supervision and maintenance of the facilities to ensure optimum operation throughout the event.
